Photos and videos you upload to your profile or send in chats, Messages you exchange with matches, Circle information you create (e.g., group name, description)
c. Device & Usage Data
Identifiers such as User ID and Device ID (to manage your account and notifications), Usage data such as swipes, matches, and app interactions (to operate core features), Diagnostics including crash logs and performance data (to maintain stability and improve the App)
d. Customer Support
If you contact us, we collect the information you provide (such as email, phone, or message details).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the App (profiles, swipes, matches, chats, circles)
- Authenticate your account and keep it secure
- Enable community safety (e.g., block/report features, moderation)
- Improve the App (through diagnostics and performance data)
- Communicate with you about updates, support, and policy changes
3. Sensitive Information
Optional fields such as religion, education, workplace, zodiac sign, and your target gender are considered "sensitive information." These are:
- Always optional to provide
- Visible only within Circlez as part of your profile
- Used only for App functionality (not for ads or tracking)
5. Data Retention
Your profile and messages are stored while your account is active. You may delete your account in the App, which removes your profile and content from our active systems. We may keep limited records as required by law or for abuse prevention.
